The IAS (UPSC CSE) Officers face 2 years probationary period which will start from the training period after joining. The newly recruited candidates will be called for a “100-day foundation course,” which is the first step of two years of training.
While the training, the candidates must maintain the records of the learning process and the training process will end with an examination.
